Charisma and leadership

In this week, I learned about Charisma. This quality is important when people perform leadership about the others.
According to Randy Haykin some characteristics of charismatic people are:
Successful people in several things.
They have momentum for to make things.
They just naturally having fun in what they are doing.
Their actions and their day-to-day routines do match their values.
They gathering a great following because they having fun, enjoying themselves, and at the same time moving forward.
They tend to have an element of playfulness.
They are the ones who have people laughing at lunch and keep a smile on people’s faces.
They can sell people and they don’t quit too easily.
They have audacity and keep life in perspective.
Being charismatic is an important trait of a successful leader. It is an excellent interpersonal skill. As these skills, can be learned and developed so developing your charisma is possible.
When I think is quality, I think about our church's leaders. They are confident and optimist. They show us his interest in our life.
They motivate us to unite in a cause as members of church.
Our maximum charismatic leader is our Savior Jesus Christ, these characteristics belong to him.

Jacob 2:18-19

If I would want summarize the reading of this week with a scripture, I would choose that: Jacob 2: 18-19
18. But before ye seek for riches, seek ye for the kingdom of God.19. And after ye have obtained a hope in Christ ye shall obtain riches, if ye seek them; and ye will seek them for the intent to do good—to clothe the naked, and to feed the hungry, and to liberate the captive, and administer relief to the sick and the afflicted.
With these verses, I answer the questions: What is the “real justification” for the existence of businesses? The purpose of business is obtain riches and to do good other people. For that exist a balance is necessary the virtue and integrity, as said Elder Robert C. Gay:  "It is not what you have, but who you are, and who you are, is not what you say but what you do.", "Business is about service and about rescue."
Elder Gay encouraged all entrepreneurs to become today modern pioneers. He stated, “True pioneers solve problems, and rise to bless others and open up new frontiers to finish the undone work that God left us to do.”
When a person becomes a modern pioneer, he is prepared from the foundations to lift this world.
This phrase penetrated into my heart. "Before we can receive the whole hand of the Lord in our affairs, we must be in harmony with His will.” and what is His will? Pay tithing, serve others, make covenants with him, and saved somebody.
WE can make a difference in the world and in our own society. We need to be focused on how we to make a business class A, and not on how much money we can earn as entrepreneurs.

I want to end with this reflection: "Trust is also fragile, like a piece of china, once cracked is never exactly the same," and the trust of the people in business, those who run it, is cracking today. It is our duty to make a difference.
